Simulation Society of Nepal (SSN)

Simulation Society of Nepal (SSN)was established to improve the standard of healthcare throughout the country by implementing simulation-based education and research. Our key activities include delivering impactful simulation-based training, and collaborating with governmental bodies, UN organizations, external development partners, hospitals, institutions, and organizations to implement training programs. We are committed to strengthening the healthcare system, enhancing the quality of care, and contributing to the evidence through our dedicated research initiatives.

SSN is established as the premier organization for implementing simulation-based approaches in various projects. Strength of SSN lies in the collaboration with Laerdal Global Health, a global leader in simulation-based innovation in Stavanger, Norway. This unique partnership creates an opportunity to utilize the resources and technical proficiency offered by Laerdal, complementing the strengths of the Simulation Society of Nepal. Backed by years of experience in coordination with the government, various partners, and successful implementation across various provinces in Nepal, we envision creating a lasting impact on healthcare education and practice in Nepal.
